Seoul YMCA Tourist Hotel opened in April 1967 as the hotel directly run by Seoul YMCA, and has more than 40 years history. Rooms were fully renovated in March 2006, and the hotel offers a reasonable rate and clean facilities at the same time. 8F of the YMCA building is used as the facility for exchange of world’s YMCA members, religious gatherings and tourists. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Seoul Jonggno, and it is nearby many historical sites such as Deoksugung, Gyeongbokgung, Changdeokgung, Gwanghwamun and Beewon. The hotel is also close to other tourist sites such as a department store, Dongdaemun market, Namdaemun market, Insadong, Pagoda Park, Dapgol park therefore it is very convenient for both sightseeing and shopping.
