ダブルに２泊で予約しましたが、トラブルがあり友達が急遽一緒に泊まることになったのですが、受付の男性の方がとても親切に対応してくださり、部屋も空いていたようでツインにグレードアップして下さいました!!
前日に荷物預かりもして頂けたので、色々と助かりました^^
最初は迷いそうでしたが、とても駅から近く便利でした。
