Budget motel across the main street running in front of Lotte Hotel, Seomyeon!

Kumran Motel is located in Seomyeon, downtown Busan filled with young energy. The hotel is across the main street which runs in front of Lotte Hotel in Seomyeon. The motel is about 3min. walk from Seomyeon station where Busan subway line 1 and 2 intersect, and it also offers a reasonable price.

The motel is about 5min. walk to Seomyeon 1st avenue, the night spot where local young people gather, Lotte Department Store, Lotte Duty Free Store and Lotte Hotel.
There are 45 rooms and rooms are furnished with TV, refrigerator, A/C, hair dryer, lotion, etc. There are also complimentary mineral water and beverages inside a refrigerator. Towel and soup are equipped in a bathroom, and toothbrush and razor are provided upon request at the front desk.
There are many local bars and restaurants around the motel.
