床が少し汚かったのが残念ですが他は満足しています。フロントさんの対応も良かったです。

2017年3月4日、トリプルルームに宿泊させていただきました。１泊2日ではありましたが、とても快適に過ごすことができたのも、宿泊者の目線に立ったウォンズヴィルさんの努力の結果だと思います。宿泊当日、ホテルと逆方向に歩いて行ってしまったりとホテル着が23時頃となってしまいましたが、フロントの男性には丁寧に応対していただきました。お部屋はというと、ベッドの下方と壁の間が狭くてカニ歩き(笑)でしたがそれ以外はとても快適でした。冷蔵庫にサービスで入っているボトルウォーターも夜遅い到着の私達には嬉しいサービスでした。朝食も美味しくいただきました。ホテルの場所さえ把握していれば立地は申し分ないと思います。初めての韓国旅行に初めてのウォンズヴィル。みんな親切で良い思い出です。１年以内に再度、渡韓する予定を立てています。その時は、またウォンズヴィルさんを利用させていただきたいと思います。
