年末年始に4泊しました。
金浦空港から、空港鉄道で弘大入口まで。2号線に乗り換えて往十里へ。地上に上がる際、3番出口にエスカレーターがあるとのことで、そちらに向かいましたが、エスカレーターまでに階段が数段あり、大きなスーツケースだったので、少し苦労しました。4番出口のエレベーターの方がスロープがあるので良いかも知れません。
ホテルの入口にも階段があり、スロープ？もあるのですが、地上からではないので、そこに載せるのに、また少し苦労しました。
古い建物ですが、内装はリノベーション後できれいでした。2Fの部屋だったのですが、なぜか窓が黒くて、外が見えません。窓自体は開くので、空気の入れ替えは可能です。
シャワーだけのお部屋でしたが、水圧もあって、水温も調節可能（お湯とお水を自分で適当に調節するんですけど）シャンプー・リンス、歯ブラシなどはありませんでした。
お水も毎日ペットボトル（500ml）を1本ずつ補充してくれました。
夜、地下にあるナイトクラブ？の音が聞こえましたが、眠れないほどではなかったです。
床暖房の調節がよくわからず、そのままにしていたので、暑くて何回か起きたりしましたが、全体的に宿泊料金なども考えるとリーズナブルです。
