シャワーのガラスドアから水が漏れます。漏れると言うレベルではなく、シャワールームの床と部屋がつながっている感じで部屋は水浸し。それを防ぐために毎度バスマットを犠牲にしてしまいます。新築のうちは水捌けもよかったのですが足元に水が溜まるようにもなってきて、それで最近は足が遠のいています。

それから洗面の水栓がとても扱いにくいです。
金属の丸い栓を手でねじって開閉するのですが、水栓が小さく細く、濡れた手では滑ってしまってなかなか水を止められなかった経験があります。
お湯が熱過ぎてぬるくしようとしても栓が熱くなっているので触ることができなくて、タオルをかぶせてねじって止めています。
デザイン的にはおしゃれなのですが機能的には残念。

クレームと言うより、もし改善していただけたらと思って苦言しましたが、トータル的にはまだ観光目的の際の選択肢には入れている宿です。
