２回目の利用ですが、やはり、毎回、後悔と残念な気持ちで。。。
細かいことは、他の方が書かれている通り。
今回一番腹立たしいのが、ワイハイが入らないと、２回フロントに聞きに行ったら、
あからさまに、迷惑そうな態度を取られ、大きなため息！
私が何か悪いことした？
あーあ。思い出しても不愉快。
所詮、その程度の意識レベルのスタッフをおいている宿泊地。
ベッドのシーツ、枕カバー、洗濯してますか？
お風呂は、お湯が信用ならなく、風邪ひきたくないから、入ってません。

東大門近くのホテルを探しており、初めて滞在しました。
立地は申し分ないぐらい良く、基本的に深夜にホテルに戻ることが多かったのですが、危険な思いはしたことがなかったです。
ただ、他の方の口コミの通り、机が狭いのと水圧がかなり弱いです。
韓国で泊まったホテルの中で一番水圧が弱くて、風邪を引くかと思いました。
チョロチョロレベルでびっくりしました…今思えばスタッフさんに言って部屋を変えてもらえば良かったです。

あとは、一週間弱の滞在だったのですが、換気がされず困りました。
トイレとベッドがすぐ横なので、排水口の臭いが部屋に充満して不快でした。

ホテル程のサービスの良さではないので、バイヤーさんなどは割り切って滞在するのがいいかもしれません。
スタッフさんは中国の方で、チェックイン時に英語で対応されましたが、韓国語ができる方は韓国語で話してもらった方がわかりやすいと思います。

狭いですが、各部屋に冷蔵庫・トイレ・シャワー・ドライヤー・テレビも各部屋についていますし、全体的に清潔感があります。キッチンも各階にあります。
セキュリティ面は安心とはいえないと思いました。エレベーターを降りてすぐに、パスワードを打ち込んでから部屋まで行くのですが、エレベーターは外部の人も乗れますし（フロントと別階な為、フロントを通らずエレベーターに乗ります）、パスワードが漏れた場合誰でも部屋の前まで来られます。
ホテルが割と明るい場所に面しているので大丈夫だとは思いますが、韓国に慣れていなくて一人旅の女性などは少し危ないかな？と思いました。

立地は抜群なのですが、お部屋だけを考えると少しお値段が高いかな。
朝食サービスはいらないので、その分、お部屋のサービスをよくしてほしいです。
机がとても小さく、化粧もしずらいです。
変換器の使い方が悪かったのか、きっちりはめることができませんでした。
お風呂は、チムジルバンに行こうと思っていたので、使っていないのでいいですが、
フロントの方が、いない時が多かったので、困りました。
チェックアウトの時など、急いでるときにいないのは大変困るので、
席をはずすのなら、呼び鈴を押して知らせるなどの工夫はしてもらいたいです。
フロントには、３回ぐらいしか用事がなかったのに、そのうち２回いないというのは、
どうかと思います。
